Top 10 Car Charts In the News Car Reviews Windrush News Motoring Trends

At Windrush, we are fortunate to look after several hundred vehicles across our supercar storage London facility and the Cotswolds. The collection spans daily drivers and dedicated track cars, cherished classics and contemporary hypercars – and everything in between. Some of the cars in our care are exceptionally rare. Some carry extraordinary provenance. Others simply stop you in your tracks when the cover comes off.

We have gathered ten of the most beautiful cars currently at Windrush. No rankings, no scores – just ten machines that, each in their own way, say something worth hearing.

You can also see these in more detail on our YouTube Channel.

1. Ringbrothers Defector 2.0 - 1969 Dodge Charger

Ringbrothers Defector rear

Some cars you read about. This one you feel.

Wisconsin-based Ringbrothers spent more than 4,700 hours on the Defector 2.0, transforming a 1969 Dodge Charger into a 1,000hp custom build powered by a 7.0-litre Hellephant V8. The supercharged crate engine produces 950 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a Bowler Tremec T-56 Magnum six-speed manual gearbox, giving the car the kind of performance figures that would have been unthinkable in period.  The chassis has also been comprehensively reworked, featuring a custom Roadster Shop Fast Track chassis, adjustable coilover suspension, Baer six-piston brakes, and massive 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels to help manage the power. The result is a car that manages to be both entirely faithful to its era and completely unlike anything else on the road – or anywhere near it.

We have had the privilege of caring for this machine for some time. The soundtrack it delivers on ignition, even from within the facility, is in a league of its own. Hear it here.

2. Ferrari Daytona SP3

Windrush - Ferrari Daytona SP3 Hero Images -15

The Daytona SP3 is one of the clearest statements Ferrari has made in recent years about what a naturally aspirated V12 can still achieve.  A tribute to the cars that dominated Le Mans in the late 1960s, it carries that history in its proportions – long, low, and unmistakably purposeful – while delivering performance firmly rooted in the present.  Its 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 produces 829hp and 697Nm of torque, making it the most powerful naturally aspirated road-going engine Ferrari had built at launch. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox, delivering a 0-62mph time of around 2.9 seconds and a top speed beyond 211mph.

Carbon fibre construction keeps weight low, while active aerodynamics and carefully sculpted airflow channels give the SP3 impressive high-speed stability without compromising its dramatic styling.

Here at Windrush, it is stored exactly as it should be: protected, monitored, and ready whenever it is called upon. Here’s our uncovering of the SP3.

3. Ferrari Monza SP2

Ferrari Monza SP2

No roof. No windscreen. Just 810 horsepower and 499 examples in existence.  The Monza SP2 is Ferrari’s homage to the barchetta racers of the 1940s and 1950s, and it is one of the most striking vehicles in our care at either the Cotswolds or Central London storage facility.  Powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 shared with the 812 Superfast, it produces 810hp and 719Nm of torque, enabling it to go from 0-62mph in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of over 186 mph.

In place of a windscreen, Ferrari’s patented Virtual Wind Shield technology manages airflow around the occupants — a piece of engineering that is as characteristically Italian in its thinking as the car itself. Extensive carbon fibre bodywork, titanium components, and lightweight construction help keep kerb weight to around 1,500kg.

Maintaining a car like this is not a part-time responsibility. It requires continuous care, meticulous attention, and a team on hand to ensure it is ready whenever the call comes. Take a look and listen to the car here.

4. Automobili Amos Delta Futurista - Chassis No.10

Windrush - Lancia Delta Futurista Amos

From a distance, you might mistake it for a Lancia Delta. Get closer, and that impression changes quickly.  The Automobili Amos Delta Futurista is one of just 20 built worldwide; each one is based on an original Integrale chassis, clad in carbon fibre, and converted to a two-door layout. This particular car is chassis number 10. It is finished in green with a tan Alcantara interior, gold wheels, and the signature wooden gear knob.

Under the bonnet, the original 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder has been developed to produce around 330 horsepower and 420Nm of torque – a meaningful step up from the Delta Evo’s original output.  Power goes through a six-speed manual gearbox and a four-wheel drive system, preserving the sharp, rally-inspired character that made the Delta famous.  The details reward patience: the red centre line on the steering wheel, the digital rev readout, the recessed exhaust pipes at the rear, and the carbon diffuser. Even the starter button – a red rocket, naturally – speaks to the enthusiasm of the people who built it.

We care for it to exactly the same standard as any other car in our collection, which in this case means working with Automobili Amos’s own preferred service agent for any specialist work. Full check-in, fluid and tyre pressure checks, trickle charging, temperature and humidity-controlled storage – nothing different; nothing less. Here’s our feature film on this unique car.

5. Aston Martin GT8 - The #97 Factory Build

Aston Martin GT8

Factory-built to mirror a Le Mans winner.  This Aston Martin GT8 was commissioned from the factory to match its owner’s #97 GT car – the same car that took class victory at Le Mans. The result is a specification that crosses from motorsport into road use without compromise: most visibly in the yellow beam, Le Mans-style race headlights that mark it out from every other GT8 in existence.

Based on the V8 Vantage, the GT8 uses a naturally aspirated 4.7-litre V8 producing 440hp and 490Nm of torque. With a lightweight carbon fibre bonnet, front splitter, rear diffuser, and polycarbonate rear screen, it weighs around 100kg less than the standard V8 Vantage. The result is 0-60mph in roughly 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 190mph.

It is not a replica. It is not a tribute. It is a factory-approved, client-specific build that takes heritage and makes it driveable. That distinction matters, and it is why this is one of the more extraordinary cars in our care at Windrush London.

6. Ferrari F12 TDF

Ferrari F12 V2 Car storage

The F12 Berlinetta was already regarded as one of Ferrari’s finest front-engined V12 grand tourers. The TDF – Tour de France – is the version for those who found that insufficient.  Lighter, sharper, and limited to 799 examples, it takes the naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 and builds a driver’s car around it with genuine conviction. Output rises to 769hp and 705Nm of torque, enough for 0–62mph in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of over 211mph.

The character of that engine, combined with rear-wheel steering, a shorter gear ratio setup, and a body that sits notably wider than the standard car, makes the TDF one of the more visceral modern Ferraris to drive – and one of the most purposeful to look at. Ferrari also removed around 110kg compared to the standard F12 through extensive use of carbon fibre and stripped-back interior materials.

We store it with the same care we apply to everything in our collection: clean, protected, monitored, and ready to drive at a moment’s notice.  You won’t want to miss this quick look at the F12.

7. Aston Martin Valhalla

Aston Martin Valhalla

Limited to 999 examples and representing Aston Martin’s most focused hybrid hypercar to date, the Valhalla is a significant machine by any measure. This particular example has been specified with extensive carbon fibre throughout, along with some distinctive bespoke touches – Union Jack badges and a matching Union Jack motif beneath the active rear spoiler among them.

At its core is a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 paired with three electric motors, producing a combined output of 1,079hp and 1,100Nm of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, giving the Valhalla a claimed 0-62mph time of 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 217mph.  Its carbon fibre tub, active aerodynamics, and Formula One-inspired suspension system underline that this is far more than simply a fast Aston Martin road car.

It is a car that demands to be taken seriously, and we are glad to give it the high standard and tailored care it needs. Take a glimpseof the Aston Martin Valhalla here.

8. Ferrari GTC4 Lusso - One of One

Ferrari GTC4 Lusso

We have had the privilege of caring for this particular GTC4 Lusso since it was purchased in 2018. In that time, it has become one of our most closely studied cars – not because of its age, but because of its details.  This example left the factory with rare bespoke specification: a chrome-finished air vent and circular fog lights set within the front grille – touches that might seem subtle in isolation. In the context of a car that is otherwise identical to every other GTC4 Lusso, they mean this is, as far as we can establish, the only one of its kind.

Mechanically, the GTC4 Lusso combines Ferrari’s 6.3-litre naturally aspirated V12 with four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering – an unusual but highly effective combination. The V12 produces 680hp and 697Nm of torque, enough for 0-62mph in 3.4 seconds despite the car’s size and practicality.

The client’s view is that it is a better-looking car than the Purosangue that might replace it, and more reliable too. We are inclined to agree on the first count.

9. Porsche 992 GT3 RS - Weissach Package

Porsche GT3rs

The 992 GT3 RS is not trying to be subtle about what it is. The fixed rear wing, the enormous front splitter, the DRS-equipped aerodynamic package – this is a road-legal racing car with number plates, and the Weissach Package turns the dial a little further still.  Its 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six produces 518hp and revs to 9,000rpm, paired with Porsche’s seven-speed PDK gearbox. Performance is predictably serious: 0-62mph in 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 184mph.

The Weissach Package adds even more carbon fibre, including the roof, anti-roll bars, and rear wing elements, alongside magnesium paddle shifters and optional forged magnesium wheels. Combined with the active aero package capable of generating more than 850kg of downforce at high speed, it makes the GT3 RS feel much closer to a GT race car than a conventional road car.

This particular car is finished in black and gold – a specification that suits the car’s uncompromising character rather well. It is stored with us between track days and road use, kept protected and ready for whichever comes next. See the 992 GT3 RS here.

10. Rimac Nevera

Rimac Nevera Windrush Car Storage

The Nevera closes this list not as an afterthought, but as a point worth making clearly: the most extraordinary cars we care for are not all combustion-powered.  With 1,914 horsepower, 2,360Nm of torque, and four independent electric motors – one for each wheel – the Croatian hypercar delivers acceleration that belongs in any performance conversation, regardless of its power source.  Rimac claims 0–60mph in 1.74 seconds and a top speed of 258mph.

A 120kWh battery pack sits at the centre of the car’s carbon fibre monocoque, contributing to rigidity as well as range. Torque vectoring adjusts power delivery to each wheel 100 times per second, allowing the Nevera to deploy its performance in a way that few hypercars, electric or otherwise, can match.

We do not just look after combustion cars at Windrush. The hybrids and EVs in our care receive the same meticulous attention – stored under the same conditions, maintained to the same standard, prepared with the same care. See more of the Rimac Nevera here.

In our care

Car concierge care London

What the cars above share is not a category or a price bracket. It is the fact that each one was built with a specific intention – and that each one is in a facility where that intention is understood and respected.  Every car at Windrush, regardless of what it is, receives the same three-hour preparation process when it leaves our care, the same trickle charging, the same fluid and tyre pressure checks, the same temperature and humidity-controlled environment. The standard does not change.

If you would like to discuss storing a vehicle with us at our London or Cotswolds facility, we would be glad to hear from you.
