FULLY MANAGED and ALL INCLUSIVE car storage and care.

Our aim is to offer the best level of service, anything else would simply not be enough to look after and maintain a vehicle in optimum condition. Summary:

£155 per month, all inclusive*
On arrival: vehicle condition recorded, 12 Step pre-storage preparation which includes: 2 bucket technique hand wash, hand dry, interior vacuumed, under bonnet fluid levels inspected and tyre pressures over-inflated to prevent 'flat spotting' whilst in storage. We spend 3 hours on this process and charge £40 to cover this time.
Vehicle placed in our secure, fully dehumidified facility.
Drip tray slid beneath the vehicle to monitor any fluid loss.
Battery connected to a CTEK automatic conditioner at all times.
Car cover applied.
All vehicles comprehensively insured at no additional charge.**
Every 14 days: vehicle 'rolled' to prevent tyre and bearing 'flat spots'.
Every 60 days: vehicle started, placed on our internal rolling road enabling us to lightly exercise mechanical and electrical components.
When the vehicle is next required by the client; tyre pressures are corrected, under bonnet fluid levels inspected and glass cleaned prior to clients arrival.
Vehicles over 17' in length may be subject to a a surcharge.
* Minimum charge of 2 months, no minimum storage duration.
** For individual vehicle value over £100k there may be an additional charge to cover insurance costs, please ask for a quotation.

Post use, pre-storage preparation.

We really don't mind how often you wish to drive your pride an joy, however upon return to Windrush Car Storage we: hand wash with lambswool wash mitts using the 2 bucket technique, hand dry with a deep pile microfibre drying towel, vacuum the interior, inspect the under bonnet fluid levels, over-inflate the tyre pressures, place the vehicle back into the storage facility, slide a drip tray beneath the vehicle, re-connected the battery to a conditioner and re-apply the car cover.
To cover this 2-3 hour process we charge £40

AirChamber Storage.

The ultimate level in car storage is to place your vehicle inside one of our AirChambers. We feel this is a 'belt and braces' approach in car storage.
Although our facilities are fully dehumidified twin fans circulate 50,000 litres of filtered air around your vehicle per hour, removing any airborne particles in the process. This removes the need for a car cover which means that absolutely nothing touches your car when inside these storage 'bubbles'. They even have a full internal supporting frame so that the car can be driven in and out with ease.
Charged at £45 per month in addition to the standard storage rate. Alternatively we are happy to sell you your very own AirChamber.

Detailing services.

We are able to enhance and correct the condition of your vehicle. This process goes far beyond valeting and is the ultimate in enhancing the interior and exterior presentation of your pride and joy.
£35 per hour. Work quoted in advance.

Any work which cannot be undertaken in house is taken care of by a portfolio of trusted trade contacts to enable us make the ownership of your vehicle that little bit easier.
Servicing: Main dealer or with our specialist.
MOT testing, we drive to the test station, wait with your vehicle and return to storage once complete.
Paint repairs: smart repairs through to a full re-spray.
Interior repairs: smart repairs through to a full re-trim.
Dent removal.
Detailing services - Far more in depth than a traditional valet.
Wheel refurbishment.
Replacement tyres sourced and fitted.
Wheel alignment.
Auto-electrical work: Hands free fitting, parking sensors, audio upgrades, wiring repairs or modifications.

MOT test whilst your car is in our care.

Windrush will book a MOT upon your request
Remove car cover
Disconnect the battery conditioner
Inspect engine fluid levels
Remove the vehicle from it's storage bay
Check lights, horn and windscreen wipers are operational
Adjust tyre pressures to recommended pressures
Drive to our local MOT station. (1 mile away from us)
Wait with the vehicle whilst the MOT is carried out
Return the vehicle to our storage facility
Wash and dry the vehicle upon return
Over-inflate tyre pressures to prevent flat spotting
Return vehicle to storage bay
Apply battery conditioner
Apply car cover
Slide drip tray beneath
To cover this 3-4 hour service we charge £75 + test fee (currently £56)

Fully covered, insured car transport operated in house.
Regular transport to or from your location to enable ease of use of a vehicle in our care.
UK and Europe.
Worldwide shipping can be organised on your behalf.

Taxi or lift to the train station can be arranged upon request.

We are more than happy to arrange a taxi on your behalf or offer you a lift to the station. This may be after delivering your vehicle to us for the first time or after returning it to storage following a drive.
