Yes, this was how the business was born. Founder Tim Earnshaw hand built a Morgan from the ground up and needed somewhere to store this car where it would be secure, preserved and maintained. After looking around he identified a need for a high quality car storage service and thus the business was born. 

Yes. We provide car storage solutions for all types of cars – no matter what the make, age or value. Most if not all the cars in our care mean something to someone and are kept in the family for centimental reasons. Whether you have an everyday car, classic, vintage, or prestige car, we can store it at our Gloucestershire-based centre.

Yes we certainly do. We look after and maintain all types of cars during the winter months. All our storage buildings are secure, dehumidified and discreet. Yes. We have our own fully enclosed transporter operated in-house. This can accommodate the lowest and largest of vehicles. We use this to collect or deliver vehicles to and from anywhere in the UK. International movements can also be arranged. Please take a look at our car transport page for further information and photographs.

Yes. We aim to offer a full 'car concierge' service where anything can be taken care of whilst in our care. Thus removing the hassle from you. This can range from a simple oil change through to a full re-spray. We pride ourselves in our high levels of attention to detail and regardless if the work is being carried out in house or externally - only the best will do. For all our car storage clients, we are happy to drive you to the local train station which is Kingham. It is a 15 minute drive from our storage centre in the heart of the Cotswolds. Kingham is on the mainline to London Paddington which by train takes approximately one and a half hours. For Trains to the North and South West we are also happy to take clients to Cheltenham Spa train station, a 30 minute drive from our facility.

Alternatively we are happy to arrange a taxi to be waiting for you upon arrival. Please indicate to us in advance if you would like either of these services.

Windrush Car Storage have a two month minimum charge but you are free to take your vehicle out at any time. Please see our pricing page for further information.

We appreciate that plans do change and we are flexible to meet your needs at Windrush Car Storage. All we ask is for you to give us 24hrs notice so that we can prepare your vehicle in advance.

Yes. We would recommend that the cover is professionally cleaned in advance as any dust or dirt will scratch the car when it is applied. We are happy to take care of this on your behalf.

At Windrush Car Storage we operate from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. However, members of our team live on site and therefore we can offer out of hours access very easily, including weekends and evenings. All appointments are strictly by prior arrangement. All we ask for is a minimum of 24hrs notice. We do appreciate that this isn't always possible and remain as flexible as possible.
